How to book a room at GEC

  1.    Choose which GEC location is best suited for your needs – GEC representatives are available at info@studenthotel.ca to assist in this decision.
  2.    Check availability for your chosen GEC residence.
  3.    Submit a booking request form with chosen dates and a copy of your valid passport. PDF:  GEC Booking Request Form (Download)
  4.    GEC will send you a contract and invoice once you have been allocated to a room.
  5.    Once completed, send your signed contract to info@studenthotel.ca, and submit your deposit and administrative fee through Rent Moola. PDF: Rent Moola Instruction Guide (Download)
  6.    Your reservation is confirmed!
